HOW TO USE THIS

1.First to use this you must have google+ profile.so create one.
2.Complete ypur google+ profile
3.Verify your email(recommended to use name@yourdomain.com) and make sure that you use this mail in your blog
4.In the links section of about click edit
5.In the contributor section give the URL of about or bio page of your blog
6.Now go to your blog and add rel=author tag to the Google+ profile link on your blog
7.Add more tags to your Google+ profile link and add more links in the contributor section
8.Test your search appearance and the working of snippet by using GOOGLE structured data testing tool
It takes time for your snippet to appear,so be patient
