How To Copy Text From An Image

Many people nowadays get their notes on mail or whatsapp mostly in form of images.It is difficult to ZOOM in and find the notes.Especially when you get important questions for your exams.Now theirs a way by which you can COPY TEXT FROM AN IMAGE and to save it as any file you want.

HOW TO COPY TEXT FROM AN IMAGE

 well that's a simple trick but you must have the image some quality.Very low quality image leads to wrong text.But still there is no loss in trying.

STEPS:

Follow these steps to perform this

1.GOTO Free-OCR site

 This site offers free optical character recognition tool.This tool is an online one and we are going to use this for our work.

2.UPLOAD YOUR IMAGE

  Now you can see the UPLOAD IMAGE FOR OCR section.On that click Browse to select your image.
NOTE:

• The image should be not more than 2MB
• The format can be PDF, JPG, GIF, TIFF or BMP 

3.SELECT YOUR LANGUAGE

 Now the most important part is the selection of language.Choose the correct language of text in your image.

If you choose wrong language then you won't get the text properly.By default the language will be English.

3.FINISH UPLOAD

 After that Enter the Capcha code correctly and click send file.

Now your file will be processed and the text will be extracted from the image

YOU GOT THE TEXT

  Now you will be shown the text in Text recognition result section.You can copy the text from that section and all done.

Now you got the desired text from the image.Using this you can also extract images from PDF,BMP and some other mentioned files.

  The only thing you have to keep in mind is to have the image with some quality.I checked with a low quality and non clear image.All i got was some random symbols mostly -,. So use the tool properly.
